Indeed, the humanitarian situation currently exceeds human understanding, such that the Government alone can not, that's why, as head of a local NGO, I request your intervention with great love. For me personally, I am a former tax official, and currently secretary to the Minister of Social Affairs, Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity of the Democratic Republic of Congo, as such, I intend to plead for those who are in difficulties, because almost eight years since our association works for the supervision of these compatriots in wandering, suffering from HIV / AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases, child mothers and orphans with AIDS, for their integration in society and included in their education and so on. Together we unite and help our brothers and sisters in need. This does beg a pad but a division between people in distress.
